Shipping Charges:- Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance travel and type of shipping service you specify ground,next day and second day.

Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries.

The delivery charges on online checkout are only Estimated Metro shipping charges for the business address of Metro areas. The charges may vary, Any item over 40KG must be either palletised or on a skid,You must have a business address and forklift on your site  to unload the unit.Any item height exceeding 200cm ,will be delivered to the nearest depot  location only for the collection.We will contact you to confirm a freight price.If you are outside the metro zone and need we will contact you with options or provide you a full refund.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items,Destination and the shipping options you choose.Estimated Shipping time is as follows

Regional Areas:-  5 to 8 Business Days

Metro Areas:- 2 to4  Business Days

Getting your products Delivered from our website is very easy. We offer low cost flat rate shipping for deliveries in Melbourne (VIC), Sydney (NSW), Perth (WA) & Brisbane (QLD) metro areas.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3to5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@qualityjack.com.au


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@qualityjack.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
