This is the "power lifter" in the Portable Lifter range.

It has a different base configuration compared to the CM340 and CM520. This makes it heavier than these other two portable lifters in our range.

It is also mounted on wheels for easy manoeuvrability.

CA400- Portable Lifter

The CA400 with glass cradle ideal for the manipulation and installation of glass panels up to 4M high.

It’s ideal for Glass roof, glass awnings and any glass panel installations.

It is also mounted on wheels for easy manoeuvrability.

Features:-

A sturdy steel base with fold-out, adjustable legs. Allows the CA400 to be levelled on uneven ground.
A higher lift capacity when compared to the other Portable Lifters in our range – up to 150kg, lifting to heights of 4m.
Operates adjacent to walls with included counter-weights.
Quick setup and stowing – around 60 seconds.
Two Levels on the frame assist the operator ensure the CA400 is level before operation.
CA400 by default comes with tray. It’s great for air conditioning, building, awnings and garage door industries

Levels for vertical setup:-

Level: Helps operator ensure machine is level (and hence mast is vertical) before operation. Adjustment is easy - each leg has a handle to wind the wheel up and down.

Engage the Emergency Stop to switch to manual control!
Remove the Handle to manually operate the lifter when now power is not available or Use a cordless drill with a 17mm socket.

	Plasterboard Other sheeting Information:- 3 Degrees of freedom - rotates, tilts and "twists". Tilts for angle of roof. Head Rotates on lifter mast, Can load plaster vertically or horizontally. Can be operated vertically for walls or horizontally for ceilings. Adjustable Arms - Extension arms can be adjusted to suit the size of the plaster sheet, up to 4.8m. Save gaps - Two edges of the plaster sheet are left free so you can "butt" the sheet on the cradle right next to an installed sheet The plasterboard cradle is designed for holding 1200mmX2400mm However, one side of the plasterboard cradle can be extended. From the user’s experience, they can hold up to 1200mm X 4800mm.
